The Role

We are looking for a Solicitor/Associate with 2–4 years PQE experience to join our reputable Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. The role involves working as part of a team providing support to partners, including:

- representing government clients
- attending a high volume of court and tribunal appearances

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- 2–4 years PQE
- Experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation
- Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or Administrative Appeals Tribunal
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well within a team setting and manage a high‑volume workload
- Strong stakeholder experience
- Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary
- Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research
