The Nautica Brand & Marketing Coordinator provides key operational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the brand across marketing, sales, and administrative functions.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Nautica team in a full-time role based at our NSW Alexandria Office.

The main function of the Brand and Marketing Coordinator is to provide a high level of operational support to the Brand Manager by overseeing the running of the day-to-day requirements of the Nautica brand and in the implementation of marketing and social media strategies for our online and wholesale channels. Also to assist the National Sales Manager in providing exceptional wholesale customer service.

A diverse role, your duties will include facilitating administrative tasks, producing social media content, sales team support, logistics, and activating marketing initiatives for the Australian and New Zealand market.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic,



and someone that understands and lives our brand. If you are passionate about fashion and social media as well as engaging with people, that is a great start.

- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role and/or currently studying or completed a relevant and recognised qualification
- High level of Excel skills, and a desire for continuous learning
- Outstanding relationship skills
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Results orientated with a solid ability to successfully reach predetermined targets
- Ability to think laterally when problem solving
- Strong organisation and time management skills
