Business Development Manager – Unified Communications / Contact Centre Solutions

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a hunter who thrives in new business growth, with energy, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to turn technical applications into business conversations.

About the role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Generating new business sales
- Generating new leads and cold calling prospects
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas
- Developing and implementing strategies to capitalise on recent business opportunities
- Fostering and developing relationships with clients,



suppliers, and stakeholders
- Maintaining in‑depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Working with Solution Architects and technical teams to build out client solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven history in B2B sales
- 5+ years of new business sales experience
- Engaging, outgoing, and passionate about learning
- Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
- Passion for IT
