About our Client:

Our client is a well-established national law firm with a genuinely specialist litigation and property practice out of Queensland. The Gold Coast and Brisbane offices bring together 14 plus fee earners including three partners and two special counsel, with a strong reputation and referral network built through industry sponsorship, regular seminars and an active Gold Coast caseload.

The Position:

You will work across:

- Construction disputes
- Equity matters
- Defamation
- Breach of contract
- Property damage claims
- Body corporate and strata litigation,



including a high volume of cost disclosure work

What You'll Bring:

- Substantial litigation experience at Senior Counsel or Partner level, 10 plus years PAE in private practice
- Experience across construction, property or body corporate and strata disputes highly regarded, though not essential for the right litigator willing to learn
- For the Partner pathway, a proven ability to grow a practice and develop client relationships, with strong leadership and supervision skills
- For the Senior Counsel pathway, a strong personal billing record and the ability to manage files independently
- Queensland admission, or eligibility for
