- Salary : FTE: $80,000 – $130,000+ Super + Company Car+ Supervision support + PD allowances or Contract basis : % from the total billing

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to support NDIS participants in improving communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life. You will work with a diverse caseload, delivering evidence-based, goal-oriented interventions across clinic and community settings. This role offers variety, including in-clinic sessions, home visits, and community-based therapy. You will have autonomy in your practice while receiving strong clinical supervision and support from our experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven therapy plans
- Deliver interventions for speech, language, social communication, and dysphagia
- Provide NDIS-funded services aligned with participant goals
- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Recommend communication aids and assistive technology where appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and case notes
- Empower clients and caregivers with practical, functional strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Current or pending registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- For overseas speech pathology degree holders: minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist in your own country.
- NDIS experience or strong interest (new graduates in Australia are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
- Passion for improving client outcomes and quality of life
- Full working rights in Australia (or eligibility for visa support)
Desirable
- Experience managing mixed caseloads and complex needs
- Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and assistive technology
- Experience in community based or disability settings
