Key responsibilities include:

- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Managing the accounts inbox and maintaining organised electronic records
- Following up on approvals to ensure timely invoice processing
- Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships




- Supporting month-end activities and payable ledger reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
