What you’ll be doing

As a Registered Nurse, you will utilise your clinical expertise to provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care coordination, health education and evidence-based interventions to clients and their families. Working both independently and collaboratively, you'll support clients to maintain and improve their health while delivering safe, high-quality care across the continuum.

You will:





- Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Coordinate care and support clients, carers and families to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions, monitoring and ongoing care management
- Educate and empower clients to actively participate in their healthcare journeyMaintain accurate clinical documentation while contributing to quality and safety initiatives

- 3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal

- 7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
- 8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
