HR Administrator
South-West Sydney | $40–$45 per hour + super | Immediate start
An established organisation based in South-West Sydney is seeking a switched-on and highly organised HR Administrator to provide immediate support to its People & Culture function.
This is an initial 4–6 week temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing employment contracts and other HR documentation
- Supporting HR compliance and maintaining accurate employee records
- Updating registers, spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assisting with employee inductions and onboarding administration
- Responding to general HR and employee enquiries
- Providing broader administrative support to the HR team
About You
You will be a proactive and capable HR Administrator who can quickly step into the role and work with minimal supervision. You will also offer:
- Previous HR administration or strong general administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A professional, organised and responsive working style
- Confidence preparing contracts and handling confidential documentation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Availability to commence as soon as possible
The Prospect
- $40–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
- Initial 4–6 week temporary assignment
- Flex four to five days per week
- Onsite role with parking available
- Work closely with and support the Head of People & Culture
- Immediate start
