- Monitor completion of corrective actions and process improvement initiatives, holding Schools accountable for agreed outcomes, evidence requirements and implementation timeframes.
- Provide Faculty leadership with visibility of compliance performance, assurance findings, outstanding actions and areas requiring management intervention.
- Support Schools to prepare for and respond to assurance reviews, audits and compliance assessments, coordinating activities and tracking remediation actions.
- Promote consistent approaches to compliance management, record keeping, evidence collection and control operation across the Faculty.
- Facilitate Faculty compliance governance forums and working groups, monitoring progress of improvement initiatives, promoting shared learning and escalating unresolved issues where required.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Risk and Assurance, and other central functions to implement compliance initiatives and ensure Faculty practices align with University requirements.
- Align with and actively demonstrate the Code of Conduct and Values.
- Ensure hazards and risks psychosocial and physical are identified and controlled for tasks, projects,

and activities that pose a health and safety risk within your area of responsibility.
