UKG Pro WFM Administrator

- Full-Time (35hpw) Temporary to 30 Sept 2027
- Salary Range $105,986 – $124,957 pa + super
- Parramatta or Sydney CBD location with hybrid working (1-2 office days)

About the team The Technology Services & Platform team is a collaborative and forward-looking group focused on delivering secure, scalable, high-performing digital platforms.

About the role You will play a pivotal role in stabilising operations, streamlining processes, strengthening governance, and enhancing the overall user experience, directly supporting DCS’s vision of delivering trusted, customer-focused digital services.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitoring system performance and ensuring platform availability
- Managing user access, onboarding, and role-based permissions
- Troubleshooting incidents and resolving platform issues
- Liaising with the UKG vendor on updates, defects, and enhancements
- Testing and implementing system updates and changes
- Conducting security checks and ensuring compliance




- Maintaining documentation and reporting on system performance
- Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement

We are seeking someone who is cooperative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, who demonstrates:

- Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro
- Strong system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and updates
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and security best practices
- Ability to proactively manage incidents and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with automation and process optimisation
- Ability to work within a fast‑paced environment
- Commitment to occasional out‑of‑hours work during system updates or incidents

- Salary Grade 7/8, base salary starting at $105,986 plus superannuation
