Pride WA is seeking a Festival Production Manager to lead Pridefest, Fairday and the Parade with end-to-end production and budget ownership. This hands-on leadership role requires on-site delivery, robust organisational skills, and a calm approach to work across all festival venues in November.
You will manage contractors, partners and venues, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-effective delivery while collaborating with the Board and Festival Committee to realise the curatorial direction.
