About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people by delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to our residents. You will play an key role in promoting residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
- Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals,



residents, and families.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Comply with organisational policies, aged care standards, and infection prevention and control procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Experience in aged care or a strong interest in working with older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and time management skills.
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
