Responsibilities

- Conduct customer‑focused scheduled and ‘breakdown' services.
- Record notes and file service records appropriately; provide high level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs.
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services.




- Partner with the company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
- Ability to provide high level customer service.
- Willingness to learn and maintain technical knowledge of automation and telematics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
