The Opportunity

As a Campaign Executive, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of influencer campaigns from briefing through to completion. Working alongside our Campaign Managers, you'll gain hands‑on experience across campaign execution, creator management, reporting, and strategy.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination who is looking to move beyond support tasks and begin owning key campaign workstreams.

Over time, you'll build the skills and confidence to independently manage campaigns and progress into a Campaign Manager role.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Delivery

- Support the end‑to‑end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear creator deliverables, timelines, and workflows.
- Coordinate campaign activity to ensure deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Assist in managing campaign logistics and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management

- Identify and recommend creators who align with campaign objectives using Fabulate's platform and tools.
- Manage creator outreach, communication, and day‑to‑day coordination.




- Support contracting and ensure all campaign requirements are met.
- Build strong relationships with creators and talent managers to foster successful partnerships.

Campaign Coordination

- Serve as a key point of contact for creators throughout campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or challenges.
- Ensure content submissions meet brand guidelines and campaign expectations.
- Help maintain seamless communication between creators, clients, and internal teams.

Performance & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Fabulate's analytics and reporting tools.
- Collect and analyse campaign data, including reach, engagement, impressions, and deliverables.
- Support the preparation of client‑facing reports and campaign wrap‑ups.
- Identify performance trends and opportunities for optimisation.

Platform & Process Excellence

- Become an expert user of Fabulate's proprietary technology and workflows.
- Assist with creator onboarding and platform adoption.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, records, and tracking systems.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance campaign delivery and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

Experience

- 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field.
- Exposure to campaign delivery and creator management is highly desirable.

Social & Platform Knowledge

- Robust understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and evolving creator trends.
- Passion for social media, digital culture, and influencer marketing.

Organisation & Project Management

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.




- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Communication & Relationship Building

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident engaging with creators, agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset

- Comfortable working with data and reporting metrics.
- Able to identify insights and translate performance results into meaningful observations.
