An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Menswear Designer to join one of Australia's most recognised retail businesses as it continues to evolve its fashion offering. What you’ll be doing

- Design commercially relevant, fashion‑forward menswear collections.
- Drive improvements across fabrication, fit, construction and garment finishing.
- Create modern silhouettes that balance trend with everyday wearability.
- Research global trends and translate them into commercially successful product.
- Collaborate with buying, product development and offshore suppliers throughout the development process.

About you

- You’re an experienced Menswear Designer with a strong commercial eye and genuine passion for product.
- You have previous menswear design experience within a retail or fashion environment.
- You possess a strong understanding of garment construction, fit and fabrication.
- You keep an eye on emerging trends and can interpret them for the Australian market.
- You are confident working across multiple product categories.
- You have excellent Adobe Illustrator skills and technical design capability.
- You demonstrate robust communication and collaboration skills.
