Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Account Manager & Appointment Setter for a full time, on-site role in Rosebery, NSW. The position involves fostering relationships with business clients, generating leads, scheduling consultations and appointments, and effectively communicating Vodafone's solutions. You will play an integral role in identifying client needs, providing tailored recommendations,



and maintaining a high level of customer service to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability in appointment setting, lead generation, and closing sales
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in maintaining customer records
- Knowledge of B2B sales, account management, and customer lifecycle processes
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in telecommunications or related industries is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
