Overview

Selcouth are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Resourcing and Mobilisation Manager, the role will be based in our Jandakot head office. The role will entail assisting in the coordination and mobilisation of our team to various client sites across remote Western Australia and administrative duties within our head office for our Operations team.

Responsibilities

- Booking medicals, drug and alcohol screenings, training and inductions
- Organising flights, accommodation and site access for personnel
- Engaging with clients, vendors and our internal team
- Keeping trackers, records and ticket compliance up to date
- Ensure 100% compliance of personnel to meet client needs
- Keeping track of PPE and office supplies




- Additional administrative duties as they arise for our Operations team.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using various onboarding systems is advantageous (Success Factors, Pegasus, ERMS, Workflow)
- Good communication and interpersonal skillset
- Robust attention to detail
