Title: Business Readiness Lead S2P
Contract: 11 months+ likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)

Required Skills and Competencies

- Experience in Program/Project Management, Business Readiness, S2P, and ERP delivery.
- Proven experience leading Source-to-Pay (S2P) and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT, PVT, data quality, and SAP Activate/Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Strong understanding of S2P processes and public sector/local government environments.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, risks, priorities, and go‑live activities.
