As the powerful localized front-line force in the joint model, this role independently breaks through the local market and builds native resource networks. Work is strictly executed under the "Region-based + Project-based" mechanism: bearing absolute accountability for the host country's performance under the region-based structure, while conquering key nodes like local hospital access and distributor partnerships under the project-based approach.

- Fully shoulder the performance delivery of the target region, responsible for achieving local sales volume and expanding market share.
- Deeply develop and maintain core customers in the region (including hospital management, key department physicians, distributors, etc.), establishing a multi-level local relationship network.
- Lead the access, qualification landing, and certification execution for core hospitals in the region,



and supervise hospitals to complete various quality and acceptance requirements according to established standards.
- Deeply follow up on the product registration progress and sales activities of local distributors, monitor the pricing system, and ensure the effective operation of the channel.
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in biomedicine, pharmacy, or related fields are preferred.
- Professional working proficiency in English; in addition to English, familiarity with the local language is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5+ years of local pharmaceutical sales or key account management experience in the target country/region (Note: Candidates for the Australia region require 2-3+ years of local experience).
- Must be mature, localized personnel with experience, rich resources, and the ability to operate projects independently in the target country/region。
