Responsibilities
- Design AI‑powered automation solutions that solve real business problems.
- Lead process discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities.
- Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft technologies.
- Design scalable solution architectures and integration patterns.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate ideas into practical solutions.
- Drive adoption, governance, security and best‑practice across AI initiatives.
- Define standards, roadmaps and reusable automation frameworks.
- Continuously improve existing AI solutions and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering AI or automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimisation.
- Solution architecture and integration experience.
- Experience with Microsoft's AI ecosystem,
including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
Nice to Have
- Azure AI certifications (AI‑102 or similar).
- Experience working within regulated or security‑conscious environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or similar governance frameworks.
