About The Role

Start your leadership journey with ALDI! As a Duty Manager you will drive sales, serve customers, and supervise team members, leading from the front of the store.

Responsibilities

- Open and close the store and supervise shifts.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to the team.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff.
- Deliver customer service at the registers with a smile.
- Ensure shelves are stocked so customers find all their favourites.
- Identify and mitigate incidents or hazards to maintain safety.
- Work evenings and weekends as part of the store management team.
