MercyCare Ltd. in Broome seeks a Coordinator to lead the recent Transitional Accommodation Service, guiding a multidisciplinary team and delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe support to women and children experiencing family violence and homelessness.

This permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) focuses on service delivery, intake, incident management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, fostering a values-driven, safe and empowering environment.
