Site Manager required to oversee local shutdowns and projects, leading teams safely and efficiently while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead supervisors, coordinators, and site crews across projects and shutdowns.
- Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. (zero rework focus)
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
- Monitor project performance, costs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Full Australian working rights
- Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding preferred)




- 3–5 years’ experience in shutdown management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management capability (10–20+ personnel)
- Safety-focused and solid operational knowledge with labour hire and workforce coordination
