Pullman Bunker Bay is a 5‑star beachside resort in the Margaret River Region, Western Australia, comprising 150 bungalow‑style villas, a restaurant/bar, conference facilities and a day spa. The Maintenance Officer will keep the property in top condition.

Purpose

As a Maintenance Officer, you will address all maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks to keep rooms, amenities, and communal spaces well‑maintained.

Primary Responsibilities

- Ensure all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces are well‑maintained and in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, working cooperatively and independently.
- Identify and solve challenges with innovative solutions.
- Complete work safely, presentably, and in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

- Physical stamina and a get‑up‑and‑go attitude; committed to completing tasks safely.
- Prior experience in property maintenance and knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
- Robust communication skills at all levels,



from the General Manager to guests and contractors.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
