We are seeking a Head Chef who can balance the sophistication of a 5‑star club with the proven operational ability of a large‑scale culinary hub.

Key Responsibilities

- Visionary Leadership: Lead a large, multi‑functional kitchen brigade with a hands‑on approach. Mentor the next generation of chefs, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Operational Mastery: Oversee everything from menu engineering and stock rotation to rigorous hygiene standards and capital asset planning.
- Financial Stewardship: Take full accountability for budgets, labour costs, and COGS, ensuring the kitchen meets financial targets while maintaining 5‑star quality.
- Member‑Centric Service: Collaborate with other Leisure departments to create seamless,

Qualifications

- Experience: A background in 4–5 star hotels or high‑volume, premium club environments.
- Technical Excellence: Mastery of all kitchen sections—from butchery and sauces to fine dining and large‑scale banquet operations.

- Composure: Ability to direct a large team and make critical decisions while remaining calm under the pressure of a busy CBD service.
