About the roleYou will be a key member of the Medical Education Team, working closely with senior clinicians, Directors of Clinical Training, and stakeholders across the Hospital and Health Service to deliver high-quality education and training programs for junior doctors.You will contribute to the development, delivery and continuous improvement of medical education initiatives, ensuring training programs meet accreditation standards while supporting the professional growth and success of prevocational medical practitioners.Working with usTax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.In your downtime, we offer 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with a 17.5% loading/bonus.Eligible permanent professional officers working in designated remote areas will be entitled to a career development incentive package allowance of $1,500.00 per annum.Rural Allowance: Category B allowance of $100.00 per week.Eligible Mount Isa Residents may also be able to access discounts starting from 20% off Qantas return fares from Mount Isa to their eligible city.
