Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on regional businesses
- Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
- Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
- Can manage 2 junior staff while being supported by the partner
- Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 7+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
- CA or CPA qualifications
- Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services (or wanting to learn)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
