We're launching a new Convenience operation in Western Australia and are looking for 3 experienced Operations Supervisors to help bring it to life.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Convenience, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operation, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched while maintaining exceptional safety, quality and service standards.
You'll lead frontline teams, drive productivity outcomes, champion safety initiatives and create an engaged, high-performing workplace culture.
We have the following 3 rosters available:
- Mon to Fri - 05.30 to 13.30
- Mon to Thurs - 12.30 to 22.30
- Weds to Sat - 9.30 to 19.30
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and warehouse team members
- Drive a solid safety culture through visible leadership and accountability
- Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, on time and in full
- Manage labour, equipment and resources to meet operational requirements
- Monitor and improve productivity, service and cost performance through KPI management
- Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), HACCP and relevant legislative requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, transport partners and stakeholders
- Support workforce planning, training and capability development across the operation
- Act as a key leader within the site and provide operational support across shifts as required
About You
You are an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who enjoys leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing or transport
- Experience leading frontline operational teams in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of safety, compliance and warehouse best practices
- Proven ability to manage performance through KPIs and operational metrics
- Experience with labour planning, resource allocation and productivity improvement
- Sound understanding of MHE operations and traffic management principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
