About the opportunity

We are seeking motivated, experienced neonatal nurse to join our friendly, supportive team on a casual basis.

Werribee Mercy Hospital's Special Care Nursery is a 15-bed Level 4 unit, providing exceptional family-focused care to for babies born from 32 weeks gestation.

- Provide high-quality versatile care to infants and their families

What you'll bring

You're resilient,



compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- Availability to work 1-2 shifts per fortnight
- Minimum 2 years Recent experience caring for sick or premature neonates
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
- A strong commitment to delivery of high-quality family-centred care
- Highly developed interpersonal skills

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
