About the Venue

Elanora Squash & Fitness Centre is one of Sydney's most unique community sporting facilities, located on the Northern Beaches and home to a growing community of members, families, schools and sporting groups.

The facility has been operating for decades and has undergone significant investment and transformation over the past three years. Today, it is a thriving multi-sport hub with an established membership base, strong community presence and enormous potential for further growth.

We currently have around 200 gym members and 200 squash members, with more than 3,500 facility visits every month. Rather than starting from scratch, you'll be stepping into a business with consistent foot traffic, loyal members and a strong foundation already in place.

Beyond our regular memberships, the facility hosts competitions, coaching programs, school holiday camps, birthday parties, sporting presentations, social events and community activities throughout the year, creating countless opportunities to grow participation across multiple sports and programs.

This is a fully paid role with a profit‑sharing incentive where your total income is directly linked to the value you create.

High‑performing operators can realistically earn $100,000-$150,000 annually, with significantly greater upside as the business continues to grow and the right team is built to support expanded hours and service offerings.

Who We're Looking For

You need to have 5-10 years' experience building, operating or growing community‑based sporting, recreation or fitness businesses.

You may have worked in:

- Multi‑sport centres
- Racquet clubs
- Leisure centres
- Fitness clubs
- Recreation centres

- Coaching businesses
- Children's activity businesses
- School sport

Aaron Frankcomb, former World #38 Professional Squash Player, will remain as the club’s squash pro and High Performance Coach with the East Coast Squash Academy that has more than a dozen locations across the Greater Sydney area. We’re looking for someone to lead all non‑squash‑related sports and activities.
