Job TitleCampaign Coordinator, National Capital Markets - Logistics & IndustrialJob Description SummaryAt Cushman & Wakefield, we are seeking a proactive Campaign Coordinator / Team Coordinator to join our National Capital Markets, Logistics & Industrial team in Melbourne.This role will support property campaigns, marketing collateral, reporting, presentations, documentation and stakeholder coordination.This opportunity would suit someone with strong coordination, marketing and administration skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleIn this role, you will provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the National Capital Markets team, assisting with the delivery of campaigns and client-facing materials across the Logistics & Industrial business.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating end-to-end property campaigns, including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry registers and campaign documentationAssisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals, authorities, heads of agreements and executive-level reportsSupporting the team with marketing material development, including research, layout, editing, design coordination, printing and productionCoordinating meetings, agendas, materials, video calls and stakeholder communicationsLiaising with internal stakeholders including National and State Directors, brokers, EAs and external vendors or clients as requiredMaintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretionSupporting travel bookings and other administrative tasks when requiredYou will be a confident, polished and detail-oriented coordinator who can work with pace, discretion and initiative.
