Metro North Health is seeking a Principal Dental Assistant to provide leadership across the School Dental Service (SDS) and drive strategic workforce planning, governance, and service development for children and young people in the Metro North region.
The role works with the Principal Dental Officer, Operations Manager and other SDS leaders to champion best practice, deliver high-quality oral health services, and ensure staffing levels align with budget and strategic priorities.
