Our store leaders are accountable for all aspects of the business and are empowered to treat it as their own. Working closely alongside our retail leadership team, this role is responsible for driving results, coaching, and developing their team, and growing the Skechers brand across Australia & Current Zealand!

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
- The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
- A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
- A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
- Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation
