Building on our strong foundations in international workforce solutions, we are scaling our on-hire labour and domestic recruitment capability to support clients operating in blue-collar and trade-based industries nationwide.
With an approved on-hire labour agreement in place and increasing demand from our client base, we are now seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a business in growth mode, contributing to the expansion of our domestic recruitment services while working alongside established international labour programs.
About the Role
Recruitment Consultant – you will bring expertise in recruitment processes while driving business growth by attracting new clients. You’ll have a sharp eye for identifying opportunities and the determination to establish a strong presence in the market. Not only will you be building relationships with candidates in Australia, but you will also play a vital role in helping our clients access highly skilled international talent through our established international recruitment arm.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen, select, interview, and reference check experienced and suitable candidates.
- Manage and update our recruitment database and social media platforms to capture the opportunities we have to offer for our vast/varied client’s needs.
- Jump headfirst into placing candidates into suitable positions from day one for our fantastic client base.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Negotiate rates and terms for mutually beneficial outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence.
- Recruitment experience in Blue Collar (All Trades, Labourers, Warehousing, Transport).
- Work with our ATS Bullhorn to ensure all system records are captured correctly.
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
- Current Driver’s license.
