Southport State School P&C; Association is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator & Nominated Supervisor to lead our welcoming OSHC service.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood or school‑age care professional to lead a dedicated team, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure the delivery of a protected, engaging and compliant service.

As the OSHC Coordinator & Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and management of the service, including Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programmes.

Working closely with the P&C; Management Committee, you will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant workplace legislation.

Responsibilities





Manage day‑to‑day operations of Before, After, and Vacation Care programs; lead a dedicated team; build strong relationships with children and families; ensure safety, engagement, and compliance with relevant regulations.
