We are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
- Proactively identify leads through networking and market engagement
- Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for the labour market and align them with employer needs
- Deliver post-placement support to employers to ensure long-term employment success
- Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention outcomes
- Work to KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced, purpose-driven workplace
