Support delivery of customer business performance through execution of commercial plans, analysis and operational excellence across assigned customers and portfolios. The role supports National Account Managers and National Business Managers in delivering Joint Business Plans (JBP) by managing key processes, providing analysis and ensuring accurate execution of agreed plans. Act as a diligent commercial operator, ensuring high-quality execution, reporting accuracy and disciplined performance tracking while finding opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
- Coordinate inputs, track actions and ensure accurate execution of agreed initiatives in Joint Business Planning (JBP).
- Execute agreed customer plans and promotional activity recommendations.
