We specialise in buy‑side and sell‑side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash‑flow analysis, working‑capital reviews, and key business drivers. How You Will Contribute
- Lead financial due diligence (FDD) projects to assess risks, deal breakers and business strengths, aligning findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks.
- Analyse financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management.
- Prepare deal‑focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements.
- Manage client relationships, meetings, and execution matters.
- Collaborate with Managing Directors and Senior Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions.
- Support business development and manage engagement logistics, including billing, scope changes,
and engagement letters.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment.
- CA qualification.
- The ability to effectively lead junior staff and be a trusted advisor.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics and visualisation software (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Australia where practical.
