What Your Day Looks Like
- Making outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!)
- Having genuine conversations and understanding what customers need
- Booking quality consultations for our Solar Design Consultants
- Working towards daily and weekly targets in a fast-paced environment
- Celebrating wins and earning bonuses when you smash it
What's In It For You
- $65K-$75K base + uncapped commission (OTE $90K-$100K+)

About You
You're confident on the phone and know how to build rapport quickly. You bounce back quick when someone says no, you pick things up quickly, and you're motivated by targets and earning good money.
We're looking for people with:
- Proven experience in a sales or target-driven role
- A track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets
- Confidence making outbound calls
- Ability to learn fast and adapt
Bonus points if you have:
- Solar, energy or home improvement sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
No sales background?
This one's probably not for you. We need people who've worked towards targets before and know what it takes to perform.

Full-time role based at our Mount Hawthorn office - this is fully on-site, no hybrid or remote options available.
Must have Australian work rights and speak fluent English.
