About the Role

Rydges Esplanade Cairns is looking for an energetic and organised F&B; Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis, available to start asap . As F&B; Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, lead and motivate a team, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests — whether they’re here for a conference, a wedding, or a Great Barrier Reef getaway.

What You Bring

- Experience as an F&B; Supervisor or similar in hotels, bars, or restaurants, ideally across multiple meal periods and event/function service.
- Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a team, building strong culture and a excellent guest experience.
- Solid food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktails (training provided).
- Warm,



approachable manner with excellent communication skills and flexibility.
- Skilled at anticipating and managing guest needs, including for conferences and events.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in presentation.
