About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join the team at our St Vincent's Residential Aged Care Facility on a permanent part‑time basis, working a roster of 5 shifts per fortnight.

The successful applicant will have ongoing support from the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high‑quality nursing, medication management and personal care in accordance with care plans and scope of practice.
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, identifying, reporting and escalating changes in clinical condition as required.
- Contribute to assessments, care planning, reviews and evaluations under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individual care needs are met.
- Initiate and support medical reviews and referrals when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with aged care standards and best practice.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and positive resident outcomes.
- Uphold Catholic Homes’ Vision, Values, Code of Conduct and Care with Purpose model in all aspects of care delivery.

About you

In addition, you will have:

- Current AHPRA (EN) registration
- Previous experience working in Aged Care (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well‑developed time management and organisational skills
- Passion for aged care and the ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents
- National Police Clearance or the willingness to obtain
