About the Opportunity

As Care Reimagined Enablement Lead, you will support the implementation and embedding of Care Reimagined, a renewed approach to clinical governance at Mercy Health. This role supports transformative approaches to care that are safe, connected, effective, personal, and inclusive, leading to improved outcomes for all who need us.

Responsibilities

- Implement and embed Care Reimagined across care settings.
- Engage stakeholders to foster clinical governance improvements.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in health, clinical governance, or related field.
- Experience within the Health Sector or human services sector within similar roles.




- Solid understanding of aged care, acute care, mental health, and community service environments.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Commitment to person-centred, equitable, and culturally safe care.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

- A current Police Record Check
