You will lead the design function across multiple civil projects and play a key role in lifting capability across the team. Lead detailed design and documentation across roads and subdivisions Set design standards and ensure quality across outputs Mentor and coach designers and drafters Work closely with engineers and project leads Take ownership of complex design challenges Excellent earning potential with equity pathways on offer. Leading detailed design across roads, subdivisions and civil infrastructure Managing design outputs across multiple projects Ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with standards Mentoring and developing designers and drafters Working closely with engineers to deliver practical solutions Taking ownership of complex design challenges What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

You’ve spent years building deep technical capability and mentoring other. Now you want to lead and influence how it is done. Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) 20+ years’ experience in consultancy design environments Extensive experience with 12D and AutoCAD Strong background in roads, subdivisions, earthworks and drainage Proven ability to lead design and mentor others Comfortable working with limit direction and taking ownership Mindset
