Lead all engineering operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plant systems Implement and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs Lead capital expenditure planning, asset lifecycle management, and major projects Drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and utility cost management Ensure full compliance with Australian WHS legislation and IHG standards Lead internal and external audits, compliance programs, and corrective actions Oversee fire and life safety systems and critical infrastructure compliance Investigate incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements Manage contractor onboarding, compliance, and performance standards Oversee high-risk work activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies Support emergency response planning and business continuity processes Develop,
