Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, maintenance and operations of relevant systems and resources and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
- Develop and interpret legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to operations within the school.
- Deliver and advise staff, students and the school community on policy updates and publish via appropriate channels.
- Facilitate the completion and reporting on risk and compliance tasks through the appropriate avenues.
- Advise and facilitate the conduct of risk assessments by responsible staff for school events.
Qualifications
- Expertise in developing, maintaining, and improving operational systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of legislation,
regulations and guidelines to interpret and apply within a school setting.
- Ability to communicate policy updates clearly to diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and reporting on risk and compliance tasks effectively.
- Skilled in advising and facilitating risk assessments for events.
- Tertiary qualification: Associate Diploma/Diploma in a related field.
- You are not required to be Catholic.
