PPG is an American Fortune 500 company and global supplier of paints, coatings, and specialty materials. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Residential team . The successful candidate will be based out of Eastern Creek and support clients across Sydney, working with the iconic paint brand Taubmans.

You will improve the profitability of your territory by developing and fostering current and existing partnerships. You will drive the growth of key customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across Western Sydney and surrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and improve the customer service propositions in line with our brand strategies.
- Lead, maintain, and grow a portfolio of key trade accounts.
- Collaborate with trade applicators, stores, and residential builders.
- Achieve sales, growth, and profit targets.
- Deliver high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention.

Requirements

- Previous account management experience, or relevant experience in a paint trade.
- Work independently while engaging with the team to achieve best outcomes for customers and PPG.
- Willingness to attend events outside of standard work hours as required.
- Excellent communication skills, establishing trust and putting people at ease.
- Open, honest,



and authentic in dealings.
- Proven record in building new relationships/accounts and growing existing business.
- Current driver’s licence and Australian work rights.
