Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Nursing duties for elderly clients to improve their wellbeing and healthcare at home
- Report any changes in a client’s behaviour or health/wellbeing
- Controls, prepares, and administers treatments and medications with knowledge of purpose and adverse effects of the nursing care provided
- Utilize skilled assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients, and is able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach
- Potential for a full-time schedule for the right applicants
- Ongoing professional development and training to help you further your career
- Work as part of a fun and dependable team
- Diploma in Nurse (Essential)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
- Has a valid NDIS Worker's Check (Essential)
- Driver's Licence
- Willing to do shifts in the Punchbowl area
