Looking to start your career within Design? We have an exciting opportunity to join the Country Road Menswear team. You will assist in the development of range concepts, ensuring the quality of apparel is maintained through the development and production stages.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Menswear team to develop range concepts
- Attend fitting to ensure continuation of style development process
- Attend all fit meetings and other associated meetings which will impact upon the range development
- Select all trims for the range to be signed off by the Designer to ensure the look and values of the brand are maintained
- Source, execute and design any creative, conceptual work required for pre-sell or sell presentation to ensure clarity and consistency at all times
- Conceptualise monthly storyboards in form of mood and colour
- Sourcing & development of fabrics
- Liaise with the suppliers to monitor the development, availability, lead-time and costs

Key Capabilities

- A tertiary qualification in Fashion or Textiles is preferred
- Experience with illustration software packages
- Experience having worked in a similar design led role in a fashion business would be beneficial




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally across the business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working well within a team
