About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective members, creating positive first impressions and guiding them through their fitness journey from day one.

You’ll be responsible for driving membership growth through lead generation, club tours and membership sales while also supporting our front-of-house reception and café operations to ensure every member receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Generate and convert membership enquiries into new memberships.
- Conduct engaging and informative club tours.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Follow up leads, referrals and enquiries promptly.
- Promote ONE55 memberships, services and programs.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at reception.
- Assist with membership enquiries, bookings, administration and account management
- Support café operations, including preparing and serving café products.
- Maintain high presentation standards across member-facing areas.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, community engagement and promotional events.
- Ensure all workplace health and safety, food safety and operational procedures are followed.

About You





You are a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and has a genuine passion for customer service. You love working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving sales goals while creating memorable member experiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Strong organisational and administration skills with attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
- The ability to work a adaptable roster, including evenings and weekends.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.
- Experience in membership sales or consultative selling
- Experience within the fitness, health club, recreation, hospitality or retail industries.
- Experience using PerfectMind/XR or similar CRM or membership management systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Food Safety Certification.
