- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a key interface between communities and government agencies and lead collaborative engagement with stakeholders to drive delivery of government priorities and services

- Lead and contribute to complex stakeholder engagement and negotiations, including on sensitive or complex matters to influence outcomes and maintain confidence in coordinated service delivery across agencies.
- Provide timely, authoritative, evidence-based advice to the Regional Director and senior executives on local and whole-of-government initiatives, including high-quality briefs, submissions, reports and correspondence.
- Manage regional operations and resources, ensuring effective stewardship of human, financial and physical resources to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to regional and divisional strategy and planning, working collaboratively to support the delivery of whole-of-government and departmental priorities.
